Weight Calculation
Chargeable Weight
The cost of shipping a package depends on its chargeable weight. This chargeable weight is derived from the higher of two values – its actual weight and its volumetric weight.
The actual weight of a package is exactly what it means – the weight of the package.
The volumetric weight of a package is derived from its dimensions – multiply its length by width by height, and divide the value by 6000, when measured in centimetres.
